Special Report 85 - Accountability and Governance at the National College of Art and Design

The Comptroller and Auditor General has carried out a review of accounting and governance at the National College of Art and Design. The report examines timeliness in the preparation of financial statements, procurement practices, assessment of the adequacy of its statement on internal control and the role undertaken by its audit committee. The report also reviews the oversight exercised by the Higher Education Authority in respect of the National College of Art and Design.
